Even Divide

This photograph will most likely be used in my book, I imagine for my book layout I shall have the images on the right page not centred, but most likely to the right hand side of the right page. There will be a small bit of writing on the left page, with tiny amounts of detail:

"Even Divide
 Donegal, Ireland
 14.00pm"

Something like the above. I considered editing this photograph into Black & White to see which I preferred and for my Mock Book, I will be printing all my final images in both their colour edits & black and white edits, this will allow me to decide which would appear better in my final book.

I would place this photograph at the bottom of the left page, pushed up to the left corner. I imagine that my images would have a thin border of black, then a white border and have the pages in black. I will have to think further about this, I would like to have the pages black as it allows the images to stand out a lot more stunningly and powerful, however, I have to take fingerprints into account, whether black would be a practical page colour. White would look standard, but I will have to finalise my decision after finishing my mock book.

The unedited version of this photograph is the yellow toned one, but I tried it in black and white with a light subtle tint. I do think it works in black and white, but I prefer it in colour. I imagine these three bottom versions together on a page, but I will have to have a look at it in my mock book. I love the dramatic reds in this photograph, but I also like the fiery yellows in the yellow one. I am also fond of the grey one at the bottom.
